George Haddaway

Founder & CEO

George, raised in Colorado, is the founder of Alpine Intelligence and previously co-founded ShopQuest. An entrepreneur with a deep curiosity for people, ideas, and the natural world, he has built his career around creating ambitious ventures and pursuing growth beyond conventional paths. George has been featured as a guest on multiple podcasts and has traveled to more than 25 countries, including backpacking solo across South America at 18. He is also a talented photographer, passionate fly fisherman, and lifelong outdoorsman with a strong interest in health, wellness, philosophy, and lifelong learning. George brings an adventurous, thoughtful, and growth-oriented perspective to both life and business.

Clay Upchurch

Strategic Growth and Operations Lead

Clay, a Fort Worth native, is completing his final year at Sewanee: The University of the South, earning a BA in Finance and Spanish with a minor in Business. At Sewanee, he played lacrosse and received several academic accolades. As an Eagle Scout and fraternity president, he gained leadership experience that shaped his character. Clay has worked at a wealth management firm, a multi-strategy investment firm, and a luxury travel network. He has visited over 35 countries, speaks Spanish fluently, and enjoys reading, fitness, and outdoor activities.
